Novartis Animal Health US, Inc. is experiencing a temporary product shortage of SENTINEL® (milbemycin oxime/lufenuron) Flavor Tabs and INTERCEPTOR® (Milbemycin oxime) Flavor Tabs. Therefore, our practice has a limited available supply of these products. This shortage is caused by the FDA shut down of their manufacturing plant in Nebraska.

We do not know when we will be able to resume normal deliveries of these products. For a limited time, some may still be available through our Pet Portal Online Store. Please log into your Pet Portal via our website and click on the Online Store tab to check for availability.

At this time, we recommend you discuss Heartworm control options for your dog with any of our staff members. There are alternative products that offer excellent Heartworm protection.

We apologize for any inconvenience and expect to have normal supplies again once Novartis Animal Health is able to ship us more product.
